Shannon O'Toole Speaker

My day job involves coaching and training companies who want to prioritize their human capital and invest in having engaged employees that will drive business growth and sustainability. I’m passionate about helping clients create an optimal work environment and development opportunities for their talent to bring their best to those they serve: the company, their team, and their clients.

I love sharing that passion with the broader business community as well. I am proud to be an experienced speaker and thought leader in the human capital and talent management space. In the past, I’ve had the opportunity to present on topics that include emotional intelligence, employee engagement and the emotions of selling a business.
